I guess the answer to that is “yes”… I’ve spent this summer in France and didn’t have access to internet for most of the time, and now I’m back in Canada job hunting. The summer was a blast but now it’s back to “reality”. 50 days in France and 21 days (and counting) in Canada… I guess I am lucky to be able to have this much time to be on holidays. While it’s a personal choice to take a bit of downtime for myself after coming back from Thailand, how long is too long? Holidays are usually temporary and I find time to enjoy this “time-off”… but when it becomes never-ending, I start to wonder if it’s better to be working.
It’s always a strange feeling not to be working. I’m never really sure of my time – should I be spending my mornings in my pj’s reading the newspaper or should I be more productive and get dressed ready to do “something”. I think I need a hobby. Any suggestions?
