Yes, I&#8217;m a couple of weeks too late for the main event, but the <a title=\"Paralympic Games\" href=\"http:\/\/www.vancouver2010.com\/paralympic-games\/\" target=\"_blank\">Paralympic Games<\/a> will be starting soon.\u00c2\u00a0 I was in downtown Vancouver yesterday and even though weather wasn&#8217;t the greatest (i.e. rain, rain and more rain), the fever was building for the paralympics.
