{"id":236,"date":"2007-07-31T18:37:42","date_gmt":"2007-07-31T11:37:42","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.vincentfung.ca\/wordpress\/archives\/236"},"modified":"2011-03-24T08:07:53","modified_gmt":"2011-03-24T08:07:53","slug":"streetside-fried-chicken-rules","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.vincentfung.ca\/blog\/archives\/236","title":{"rendered":"Streetside fried chicken&nbsp;rules!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><img src=\"http:\/\/vincentfung.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/07\/dscn0141.jpg\" border=\"5\" alt=\"Central World Plaza\" title=\"Central World Plaza\" \/><br \/>(Supposedly, the largest boutique store in Asia&#8230; this is Central World Plaza, or formerly the &quot;World Trade Center&quot;, a sprawling complex that has everything you&#39;d want so you won&#39;t get homesick&#8230; this is where I found White Spot&#39;s Triple O&#39;s)<\/p>\n<p>Not sure if I can trust Apple\/Mac as much as I use to because two things happened this month &#8211; 1) my Mac Mini died on me when I came back from Canada and 2) my Mac keyboard stopped working&#8230;&nbsp; Mac&#39;s may be stylish but they have a lot of problems from what I saw waiting to get my computer fixed at the service center.<\/p>\n<p>People came into the service center with all sorts of problems, ranging from earphone issues withe IPod to MacBook&#39;s crashing. I still like my Mac, but I&#39;m not as confident as before about them even though people keep saying that they&#39;re much better than normal PCs. And funny thing, almost exactly a year after my I bought my Mac and the expiry of my warranty, my computer died on me (some sort of problem with the Logistics Board).&nbsp; &#39;Luckily&#39; I was able to extend my warranty for another 2 years.&nbsp;Is that a coincidence? I wonder if Mac&#39;s have a built in chip that tells the computer to &#39;die&#39; after the warranty expires?<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<img src=\"http:\/\/vincentfung.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/07\/dscn0152.jpg\" border=\"5\" alt=\"Pizza Hut Thai Style\" title=\"Pizza Hut Thai Style\" \/> <br \/>(Went to eat Pizza Hut over the weekend&#8230; I&#39;m kinda proud that this is my first, and maybe only time I&#39;ll eat Pizza Hut in Bangkok. Even though the pizza wasn&#39;t half bad, there are plenty of other places in BKK for a nice slice of pizza)<\/p>\n<p><img src=\"http:\/\/vincentfung.ca\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2007\/07\/dscn0146.jpg\" border=\"5\" alt=\"Pizza TIME!\" title=\"Pizza TIME!\" \/><br \/>(Oh the CHOICES of crazy looking pizzas at Pizza Hut. Some had cheese and sausages baked into the crust&#8230; pizzas have come a long way since I worked at my Dad&#39;s place.
