My eyes are buggin' out!

(Back in 2005, I was traveling through Eastern Europe and stopped in a beach town on the border of Albania and Montenegro. There were these kids performing some crazy dance/acrobatic moves. Part of my consulting work with the Asia and the Pacfic regional office of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs was to help to improve their website usability and functionality.
